Terms and Conditions |
Agreement (between ACA Data and Web Services and the customer).
This describes the terms and conditions ACA Data and Web Services
will adhere to with regards to the services we offer the customer.
Quotations.
ACA Data and Web Services will supply you the customer
with a written quotation of the cost for work requested to be carried
out prior to starting work. This quotation will be based on what service
you require and by when. These costs may alter. If so ACA Data and
Web Services will inform you the customer' of any changes to
the cost of work to be done.
Validity of quotations supplied by ACA Data and Web Services is 14
Days.
Work to be commenced (with prior permission by the customer).
ACA Data and Web Services will commence work on behalf of the customer
once receipt of a written order has been received. ACA Data and Web
Services will not act or carry out work that has not been agreed with
by the customer.
Contract Termination.
If you the customer inform us that you wish to cancel an order, you
will be invoiced for any work carried out by ACA Data and Web Services,
up to the date of cancellation being confirmed. Any work belonging
to you the customer that would at the time be in the possession of
ACA Data and Web Services, will be transferred within 7 working days
and ACA Data and Web Services will no longer be accountable for any
work done.
Payment Terms.
ACA Data and Web Services will send an invoice to you the customer,
once a written order has been received. It is at our discretion as
to whether we send an invoice requesting payment before or after work
has been carried out by ACA Data and Web Services, on behalf of you
the customer. This will depend on the type of work requested by the
customer.
Invoices payments are due within 21 days, as from the date of invoice.
Customer Standards.
ACA Data and Web Services guarantee customer confidentiality. Any
emails and addresses will only be held for the duration of any contrac
t period with ACA Data and Web Services, if no work contract is agreed
we will only withold your email (and address) for 28 days. No email
addresses will be forwarded to mailing list services/companies.
ACA Data and Web Services will agree with you the customer a quotation
for any amendments to work carried out by ourselves, prior to commencement
of work.
