Data Transfer.We can transfer your data from floppy disk to CD, or from pc/mac to mac/pc and maintain back-up copies of your data off site.If you wish we can also supply CD holders and cover design with any data transfer service requested. Paper Files to Electronic Capture.All your paper files can be scanned and saved in an electronic format of your choice (e.g. word / pdf).Questionnaires / Feedback Forms.On your behalf we can produce online questionnaires and feedback forms for you to use with your office staff and/or customers. We can also produce forms in paper format.Data Back-Up.If you are worried about losing your work and want a back-up we can put your data onto CD and hold it off-site to save space.Microsoft Outlook / Entourage.We can offer assistance with setting up your email accounts in Microsoft Outlook, Express and Entourage for Mac.Laptop / PC Rental.ACA Data and Web Services can rent you a Windows XP laptop or a Windows 2000 PC. After you have finished we will transfer your data onto CD or floppy drive.Basic Web Design.We offer basic web design and make the arrangements for publishing your web site on the World Wide Web.PDF / Word Brochures.Paper based colour brochures are not cost effective. We can produce electronic brochures in Microsoft Word or PDF format.This alternative costs less and can reach a wider audience, which you can tailor to your specific requirements. PowerPoint Presentations.If you require assistance with producing that all important powerpoint presentation we can help. |
